Brad’s journey began at Bank One, where he immersed himself in the intricacies of Training, Recruiting, and Human Resources. Building upon this foundation, he joined MRI/Princeton Search Group, where his outstanding contributions led to him being twice honored as National Account Executive of the year. Progressing to the role of managing partner, Brad earned widespread acclaim for his exceptional leadership and management abilities, solidifying his reputation on a national scale.
In 2008, Brad took the entrepreneurial leap and established Bradley Consulting Group, a distinguished executive search firm renowned for its national reach and expertise across diverse industries. Drawing from his wealth of experience, Brad identified a need for comprehensive career guidance and subsequently launched our Career Advisory Services division. This strategic initiative aims to support individuals navigating career transitions by enhancing their marketability and providing tailored guidance to expedite their journey towards their next professional milestone.
